Safe bug reports

Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened, plus your device, OS and browser version. Do not send transactions, amounts, account names, notes, screenshots with financial details or your backup file. We never need your financial data to help you.

Deleting your local data

Your records exist only in this browser, so we cannot delete or restore them for you. To remove them, open Settings (Настройки) → Data (Данные), download a backup first if you want to keep a copy (“Скачать резервную копию”), then choose “Удалить локальные данные” (Delete local data) and confirm. Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings also removes it.
